• A paperless office environment - we are currently at around 97% paper-free

• A cloud based internal office system with digital document storage

• Concise planning of all property showings, routine inspections and travel, to minimise environmental impact and maximise efficiency

• Remote working arrangements for staff, minimising fuel consumption, carbon emissions and travel during peak times

• We support local business and suppliers wherever possible minimising freight and environmental impact and supporting Hills businesses.

• We like to eat local and meet local - supporting local business and utilising public spaces for client meetings, lease signings and staff events

• Our trades and preferred suppliers have been selected based on their ability to meet our clients needs as well as their proximity within the local community.
