Our Tips for getting your application approved - Fast!
First things first - You must have inspected the property. This can be via physical, virtual or video inspection.
All intended occupants over the age of 18 must submit a separate and full application.
Make sure that you have uploaded all required points of identification. This is 100 points in total, and must include items from each category including at least one form of photo identification - For each applicant. You can scan and attached your documents, or take a clear photo and upload as an attachment. A full list can be found here.
How quickly your application can be processed often comes down to how promptly we can confirm your professional and previous rental references. Advising HR, payroll or the leader of your place of employment can speed up the process. It is also advisable to have a rental ledger available to upload with your application.
If you have recently sold a home, or own another property, make sure you include your council rates notice to support your application. Additionally, you can use your selling agent as a rental referee.
Sometimes, there are more applicants than properties, remember, once you submit an application on any of our available properties, if you are not successful, you can easily transfer your application to another property, without the need to resubmit.
